We were heartbroken to have to put our 14year old dog to sleep. The vet came to us and was so caring and patient with us and gentle to our dog. The vet reassured me that it was the best thing to do. They sent us the most lovely card a day after. Never had such caring service at a vets. Thank you.

Great veterinary practice. They sorted out our dog problem (which came out as an allergy after blood test) really quickly where other vets were constantly taking out samples which was painful for the dog and nothing came out of it. Now we know how to deal with it without any medication. Our cat also visits them and there was bo problem so far.

Everyone at Birchwood are so caring , unfortunately due to the age and ill health of our pet he is no longer with us. But Birchwood have been amazing, fitting us in on the same day we called on several occasions and were so respectfull and loving towards our pet. We have recently received a beautiful card from them with paw and nose print. This has ment so much to our family and made such a sad time so much more bareable. Thank you everyone at Birchwood you have our hearts.

Whilst holidaying in the area..our American Cocker Spaniel became unwell..we took her to Alicia and her team...from the moment we spoke to the lady on the phone to the actual appointment just a couple of hours later..we knew she was in extremely safe hands, probably one of the most pleasant *'Vet visits' we've experienced (*under the circumstances) Thank you 🙏

My grandma takes her little dog Beau to the vets here and always receives an excellent service. She was planning to walk around an hour back home yesterday and the wonderful vet went out of his way to drop her back off on his way home. Thank you:).

Thank you to Karen, Alicia and team for their kindness and compassion on our first and last visit to Birchwood. Struggling to get answers for our beloved dog Bob we were recommended to move vets. The team scooped us all up and gave us answers the same day. We felt important, cared for, fully informed and supported. Thank you again - we have told everyone about the wonderful experience at Birchwood.
